Sugar

Sugar can be found in all sorts of food, often without us realising. This set of resources explores the history of sugar, including the atrocities of the transatlantic slave trade, and considers how sugar is used in art as well as food. Learners are invited to consider the health issues related to sugar and what can be done to promote healthy food choices.
